In 2020, our global partners all experienced COVID-19 together.
As people in Taiwan, we love each other so much that we are committed to our own social responsibilities to protect ourselves and protect our home.

"Hey! Downny, We'll be there!"

In 1957, Down syndrome was discovered to be a disorder caused by a third copy of chromosome 21.
Down syndrome is one of the most common chromosomal abnormalities.
Globally, an average of one in every thousand births has Down syndrome.
In Taiwan, this number is about one in every 1,263 births.
Families with Down syndrome are all around you and me.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of World Down Syndrome Day.
We want to follow society’s direction,
Combining fashion and the art of life,
We aim to present a more integrated view of “social good”.
Children with Down syndrome are our children,

They need our support and encouragement.

Downny tells his/her secret

We can be indifferent or brave when we face difficulties.
The problems in our lives never disappear.
But through practice, we can all become stronger.
We can each be outstanding in different fields.

Downny is weaker because of their hypotonia.
Many simple actions are challenging for them.
But because of their passion for life and the persistence of the dreams they hold.
There are many outstanding Downnys in Taiwan and around the world.
Let the Maji cat take us to see the beauty of achievement.

Life looks step by step moving forward,

But life growth from our daily experiences.

Experiences and people we met create different

That’s why our society are filled with all kinds of people!

Some of them have a one-in-thousand chance.

Their mental age is limited.

In addition, their lives pattern is similar to us.

We are not only being part of society, but also add colors to our society.

We have no different

Do you remember the murmur from mom and dad?
Downny’s mom and dad have same caring to their children.

Don’t forget to put on clothes, go to bed earlier, or eat well.
These sentences are parents most ordinary wishes

Is the most ordinary wish in their hearts.

We gather Downny’s parent,Downny and designers in this exhibit “We have no different”.
Via co-create with designers, we make a light tunnel
In the light tunnel, you will see how Downny look themselves.
And how parents care about them.
So you will realize “All parents are alike under Heaven!”
